Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Management

The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. To close your account voluntarily, please contact y888 customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after applicable KYC checks are completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

y888 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your y888 account via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 2 hours to reflect in your account balance. y888 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests require KYC verification to be completed before processing. Gambling Rules & Fair Play

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. y888 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds caused by a system error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y888 platform. Engagement in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action or reporting to relevant authorities:

Limitation of Liability

y888's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
